In the earth of the Maremma, on the hills around Grosseto, where the oil culture has its roots in ancient traditions, jealously handed down, in 1969 was born the Tuscan College of Olive Growers OL.MA., from the need to produce in ever increasing quantities of quality extra virgin olive oil.
The cooperative has its origins in the old oil mill of the Madonnino, which for over a century guaranteed the whole area, the production of oil, extracted from the precious olives grown on the beautiful surrounding hills.
OL.MA. combines tradition and innovation in order to offer the consumer products that are not only genuine, but highly guaranteed, safe, and good. Thus, we wanted tradition to benefit from technology: good fruit starts from the care of the earth.
THE SYSTEM
The customer wished the system to guarantee the cleanliness and the hygiene of the oil storage tanks, guaranteeing at the same time safe working conditions to operator and traceability of the whole process, taking advantage of the Win & Tech competence and Software flexibility to respond to a strenuous process.
In the OLMA project Win & tech has paid particular attention to the research of first quality materials and components for the construction, in order to create a tailor-made system that carries out cleaning and removal of wastewater and reduces risks to a minimum for the operators.
The satisfaction generated by the Win & Clean plant has led OLMA to choose the company not only for this system, but also for other special components of the plant, such as oil filtration lines with specific dedicated products.
