We offer you three service packages specially designed for your needs, always guaranteeing you the best possible service:
SUPPORT PACKAGE
Our support package is provided for each Win&Tech installation and provides you with the possibility of contacting the office during the opening hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm) to book phone and on-site assistance. You will find a technical support team ready to provide you with information, answer your questions and advise you best, every day.
PREVENTION PACKAGE
Perfect to avoid unforeseen events, the prevention package is designed to limit the need for technical intervention and the risks of machine stoppage and additional costs, due to constant plant monitoring. Periodically you will receive a complete report on the functionality of the Win & Tech system you have installed. You will be able to contact the support service on a wider time band (Mon - Fri, 8 am - 9 pm) to book phone and on-site assistance, even in priority mode with predefined time schedules. Maintenance work will be done at reduced rates.
MAINTENANCE PACKAGE
You can sleep peacefully with the maintenance package: your Win&Tech system is plugged into a periodic maintenance program, which involves a complete check-up at every turn. There is a flat rate for ordinary maintenance work and special rates for extraordinary maintenance. The operation of your plant is no longer a problem, you are free to focus on your business.
