Kellerei Bozen - Cantina Bolzano

WGuard C Microfiltration and CIP system

Kellerei Bozen was born in 2001 as a Social Winery linked to the South Tyrolean tradition. With over 220 members, the Winery is not only a local landmark but also an established reality, which has recently changed its skin thanks to the construction of the New Winery and the implementation of cutting-edge winemaking practices.
The new structure, designed by the Dell’Agnolo-Kelderer studio, has been completely underground to better integrate with the territory: this solution allows the winery to produce wine without the use of pumps thanks to a series of vertical transfers.
The real jewel of the cellar is the visitors area, dominated by a panoramic terrace and with a building covered by a vine leaf, the new symbol of the company.

THE PLANT

Cantina Bolzano is one of Win&tech's long-standing customers: with the system Win&Guard C, they have chosen to renew their trust by adding a wine recovery and re-dosing system to a scheme that had already been tested over the years.
The Win&tech plant for Cantina Bolzano features the latest evolutions designed by Win&tech for bottling plants. In particular, to ensure maximum product traceability, Win&Guard C systems generate reports containing the production data and the outcome of the washes as well as the result of the filter integrity tests.
Win&Guard C, thanks to its solutions for safety and responsible use of water and energy, has once again proved to be a winning choice for a customer who is attentive to quality and the environment such as Cantina Bolzano.
