Ninkasi

For Ninkasi brewery (France) we designed together with GAI FRANCE a CIP system for the sanification and control of both filling and rinsing machines. Since beer requires deeper sanification procedures than wine, we desiged a layout with two tanks with the second one exclusively dedicated to chemical recovery.
Furthermore, we provided the same software interface of the filling machine, in order to have more user-friendly procedures and minimize the learning time of the operators.
