Vignoble Brumont

For Vignobles Brumont (France) we designed together with GAI FRANCE a CIP system for the sanification of the monobloc filling machine and the microfiltration system.
In this case, the standardization of the sanification procedures for both machines was the main priority: thus, we realized an software with low human interaction and with a high level of treacebility of the procedures, so that the process can be fully automatic and safe.
Furthermore, we provided the same software interface of the filling machine, in order to have more user-friendly procedures and minimize the learning time of the operators.
Thanks to our experience in tailor-made solutions, even the most specific requests can be satisfied delivering high benefits to our customers.
