Cevico Group, which includes 9 cooperatives and over 5,000 families, is one of the most important wine companies in Italy whose origins date back over 50 years.
The Cevico Group is the strategic center of this system and takes care of implementing the technical and commercial services for the entire supply chain, after the member wineries have received the grapes from the associated producers for the winemaking. Most of the wines are produced in the two important facilities located in Forlì and Lugo.
The land DOC or IGP.
The average annual production amounts to 130,000 tons of grapes, equal to one third of the entire production of the territory of influence.

OUR SYSTEMS

The multi-year collaboration with Win&tech has involved multiple areas of the winery and has led to the creation of integrated systems able to communicate with each other.
The pre-bottling filtration of the Tetra-Pak lines is entrusted to two Win&Guard microfiltration systems with a double alternated line layout. These systems are designed to filter large volumes of wine and to allow the rapid transition from one line to another in case of wine change; these two systems are washed and sanitized by a Win&Clean CIP system.
For the glass bottling line Cevico Group has been using a third Win&Guard system since 2000: thanks to the correct maintenance and constant updates to fulfill the increasing production expectations, this system is still able to meet the needs of the customer after 18 years of activities. The sanification of both this system and the filling machine is entrusted to a Win&Clean CIP system.
All the wines are prepared by two parallel Win&Clear systems, based on the front filtration technology and able to avoid the heating problems of the traditional systems.
Furthermore, in the water are located two Win&Pura twin systems (Ultrafiltration and Reverse Osmosis) which have allowed the Cevico Group to use a primary underground water previously considered unsuitable for a food company.

A Win & tech CIP systems is also located in the Terre Cevico area at FICO-Eataly World in Bologna.
